Each course is complete when the individual scores a passing grade in the course assessment. Once a course is completed, SIMA will create and mail an official certificate of completion to the individual within 4-6 weeks.

Individuals who complete all four program certificates receive the Advanced Snow Manager (ASM) designation, an official credential from SIMA. Once ASM status has been achieved there are no mandated ongoing training requirements, and individuals can use the Advanced Snow Manager logo to represent their credential publicly. The ASM designation is not affiliated with ANSI accreditation.
